Features

Fifteen things it does. Each one on a real screen.

Every screenshot on this page is Planist running against a demonstration brand. Nothing is a mockup. Under each feature, the line in small type is the specific thing you can go and check.

01Understand the brand

Account management agent

Brand onboarding from a website

Paste a website or a store link. Planist detects the platform, reads the palette and type from the stylesheet, finds the logo, primes the catalogue with photos and prices, and drafts the intake while you watch.

In the showcaseEvery brand on this site was onboarded this way, including the fictional ones.

Ideation agent

Brand strategy, written first

Positioning, personas, content pillars with shares, tone words and channel roles. Written from the scan and the intake before anything else is produced, and everything after is built on it.

In the showcaseFive pillars per brand in the showcase; the planner is told the strategy outranks the industry playbook.

Tone of voice guide

Personality, audience, a tone spectrum, always-do and never-do rules, preferred and banned vocabulary, call-to-action style, emoji and hashtag policy. Every writer reads it before writing.

In the showcaseThe 'never use glow-up, hack or miracle' rule in VELA's voice guide is enforced in every caption.

The brand brain

Everything Planist holds about a brand as durable lessons: seeded from the strategy and voice at onboarding, then grown from every approval, edit and rejection. Scoped to design, copy or both.

In the showcaseAround twenty lessons per brand on day one; VELA gained one from a client change request.

02Plan and produce

Content planning agent

Industry playbooks

Ten industries, each with a weekly rhythm, a format mix, hard rules and pillar shares. The planner starts from the playbook for the brand's industry and lets the brand's own strategy override it.

In the showcaseSee industries/playbooks.json for the exact content of all ten.

Monthly content calendar

A month of slots: date, channel, format, pillar, title, angle, call to action and language, each with the reasoning. Regenerate, edit a slot, produce one or produce them all.

In the showcase27 slots for VELA in October at four posts a week across three channels.

Design agent

Designs in every format

Square and portrait posts, stories, banners, offers and carousels. The designer writes a spec, renders, runs QA against the brand rules, retries when it fails, and places the exact logo. For a store, the real product photo is the subject.

In the showcaseEvery design in designs/ was produced this way and carries its QA score.

Store catalogue and product designs

Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Magento and BigCommerce are read directly. Each product gets a Create design action with seven formats and a live mockup. Prices print exactly as the store states them or not at all.

Reel scripts

Talking head, voiceover with B-roll, text on screen, demo, testimonial or trend audio. Hook in the first three seconds, beats with cutaways, a prompter passage, on-screen text, shot list, audio note and caption.

Account management agent

Client approval on WhatsApp

A private link per month per brand. The client opens it on a phone, sees each post with its 'why this is on brand' note, approves or asks for a change. No account, no PDF. Every verdict goes back into the brain.

In the showcaseVELA's October link shows 3 of 8 approved and one change request that became a brain lesson.

The brand check

Nothing reaches a client before it is read against that brand's own rules: wrong claim, wrong tone, wrong logo, wrong product, it does not go out. Below the pass mark, it is flagged and retried.

In the showcaseThe library shows QA scores; the dashboard counts 'visuals below the pass mark'.

04Run the agency

All six agents

Six agents with a cost line each

Ideation, Content planning, Copywriting, Design, Account management, Reporting. Each has instructions you can coach, an output count, a rework rate and a spend figure that updates as work happens.

The workspace

A workspace shaped to you

Agency, single brand, online store or marketer. The first screen asks; navigation, vocabulary and the landing page change to match. A store gets Products under Dashboard; a brand never sees a client switcher.

In the showcasevela-store-home is the same product as all-brands, shaped for one store.
