Terms
Last updated 11 September 2026
The short version. Planist plans and produces social content for the brands you add. What you put in and what comes out are yours. Read what the agents make before you publish it. The product is early, so it will keep changing.
Who you are agreeing with
Keemya, which builds and operates Planist. In this page "we" means Keemya and "you" means the person or company using the product.
Your account
You sign in with Google. One account belongs to one person, and what happens under it is your responsibility, so keep it to yourself and tell us at hello@planist.ai if you think someone else is in it. Access is currently granted by approval, so signing in does not by itself entitle you to a workspace.
What you may not do
- Produce content that is unlawful, hateful, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Add a brand you have no right to represent, or scan a website you have no right to scan.
- Attack, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the service.
- Resell access to Planist without our agreement.
Your content, and what the agents make
Everything you put in stays yours. Everything the agents produce for your brand is yours to use, publish and sell. We keep a licence to store and process it only so the product can work: to show it back to you, to send it to your client for approval, and to let the brand brain learn what your brand accepts.
What generated content is, and is not
Planist uses AI, and what it writes and draws is a draft. It can be wrong, it can be ordinary, and it can resemble something that already exists. What you publish is your decision and your responsibility. Do not publish a claim you cannot support, a price you have not checked, or a likeness you do not have the rights to use. Some countries limit copyright in work made purely by a machine; if that matters to your business, take advice on it.
Availability
We aim to keep Planist running and we do not promise that it always will be. We may change, suspend or remove features, and we may take the service down to work on it. There is no service level agreement.
Money
Planist is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you before anything is charged, and leaving will always be an option instead.
Ending it
You may stop whenever you like and ask us to delete your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we discontinue the product we will give you reasonable notice and a way to take your work with you.
Liability
Planist is provided as it is. So far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost data or any indirect loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, which during early access is nothing.
Changes
These terms will be updated as the product grows, and the date at the top is the last change. Continuing to use Planist after a change means you accept it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
