Last updated 11 September 2026. This version added the page counts described under "What we collect".

This page says what Planist collects, why, who else handles it, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read rather than survived.

Who we are

Planist is built and operated by Keemya. Write to hello@planist.ai about anything on this page.

What we collect

Your account. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture and an account identifier. We never see your Google password.

What you tell us about a brand. Its name, industry, website, description, goals, audience, competitors, channels, languages and tone, along with anything you type into a brief or into a conversation with the agents.

What we read from a website you point us at. When you ask Planist to scan a site it fetches public pages and reads the logo, the colours, the typefaces, the description and, for a store, the product catalogue.

What the product makes. Strategies, voice guides, calendars, captions, designs, scripts, and the approvals and change requests you or your client leave on them.

What it cost. A record of each agent run: which agent, when, and the amount.

Your waitlist entry. If you left an email address on this site, that address and anything else you chose to add.

How this website is used. Vercel Web Analytics counts the pages people open on planist.ai and which of the buttons on them get pressed. It records the page, the button's name, a rough country and city, and the kind of device and browser. It does not record who you are.

What we do not collect

We take no payment details, because there is nothing to pay for yet. This website sets no advertising cookies, builds no profile of you, and loads no script that follows you to other sites. The page counts described above are the only measurement on it, and they are counts rather than a record of a person.

Why we hold it

To run the product: to sign you in, keep your work, produce what you ask for, show you what it cost, and let your client approve it. We do not sell anything to anyone, and we do not use your brand's material to train models.

Who else handles it

Planist depends on a small number of companies. Each sees only what its job requires.

CompanyWhat it doesWhere
ClerkSigns you in and holds your sessionUnited States
SupabaseDatabase and file storageTokyo, Japan
RenderRuns the applicationOregon, United States
VercelServes this website and counts how its pages are usedGlobal edge network

We send each of them only what is needed to answer the request in front of them, and we grant none of them permission to train on your material.

Where it lives, and how long

Records and files sit in Tokyo. The application runs in Oregon. Using Planist means your data crosses borders between them.

We keep your work for as long as your workspace exists. Delete a brand and its records go with it. Ask us to close your account and we remove your personal data within thirty days, apart from anything we are required to keep.

What you can ask for

A copy of what we hold, a correction, a deletion, or that we stop. Write to hello@planist.ai and we will answer within thirty days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom these are rights you hold by law. We extend the same to everyone.

Cookies

The application sets what is needed to keep you signed in, and nothing more. This website still sets none at all: the page counts run without a cookie, and nothing about your visit is stored in your browser or carried to another site.

Children

Planist is a tool for businesses and is not intended for anyone under sixteen.

Changes

This page will change as the product does, and the date at the top is the last time it did. If a change matters to you, we will say so by email rather than leave you to notice.
