- What is a creation?
- One finished post: the copy and the visual, ready to publish. Up to three visual regenerations are part of the same creation, and rewriting a caption is free and never counts.
- What happens when I run out?
- Nothing you have already made goes away, and once publishing lands, approved posts keep going out. You can add 200 creations for $149 on any paid plan, or move up a tier. Your allowance resets on your billing date.
- Can I change plans?
- Yes, whenever you like. Moving up takes effect straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the period. Moving down takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. You pay per brand workspace. Solo is one seat because it is one person, Brand includes five, and Studio has unlimited seats at no extra cost.
- What happens to my content if I leave?
- It stays yours. Everything Planist made for your brand is yours to use, publish and sell, and cancelling does not change that. Your workspace stays open until the end of the period you paid for, and we keep it for thirty days after that so you can take your work out. Write to hello@planist.ai and we will help you get it.
- Is publishing included?
- It is included on every plan, and it goes live in November 2026. Solo publishes to three channels and every other plan to all of them. Publishing is not a paid upgrade on any tier and never will be. Until it lands, approved posts are exported ready to post and everything else in the product works as described.
- Do you offer annual invoicing?
- Yes. Annual billing is two months free, and Studio and Enterprise can be invoiced instead of charged to a card. Write to hello@planist.ai and we will set it up.
- Is there a free trial?
- There is a free start rather than a trial with a clock on it. Create an account, point Planist at a website or a store, and you get the brand scan, the brand brain and 5 finished posts. No card.
- What about tax?
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. Where we are required to charge VAT or a sales tax it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
